As a Director at RETC, Brandon Fisher has been in the property tax industry since 2001 and oversees the operation of RETC’s Houston office as well as managing various real estate property accounts throughout the United States, including hotels, multifamily, office, industrial and retail shopping centers. Prior to joining RETC, Fisher worked as commercial appraiser for a Florida County appraiser’s office.

He is a Texas Registered Senior Property Tax Consultant, a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP), a Certified Marshall & Swift Appraiser, and holds a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics.  He earned his BSBA in Economics from the University of West Florida. Brandon has completed more than 500 hours of appraisal and assessment coursework offered by the Appraisal Institute, the International Association of Assessing Officers, the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, and other appraisal organizations.
